The Information We Collect 

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual. 

We collect personal information from you by various methods, including our newsletter sign-up, workshop registration and purchases made on our website. We use third-parties for processing payments for our goods and services. These service providers include PayPal, the Square and Interac e-transfers. They do not provide us with your complete banking information (except for the last four digits of your payment card). For example, we are located in Canada and our data storage center is in the United States. We use passwords to protect personal information stored digitally.

By connecting with us through our social media pages or accounts or posting a public review of our products or services, you are providing your consent for us to use any personal information or content you submit or to make it available through such sites for marketing and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation to you. 

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

WordPress uses cookies, or tiny pieces of information stored on your computer, to verify who you are. There are cookies for commenters - when visitors (like you!) comment on our site. These cookies are stored on your computer purely as convenience. There are three cookies set for comments - author, author email and URL. These platforms collect their own data about you - we do not disclose to them the personal information we collect. Check with each platform to opt out of behavioural advertising.
