Fibre Art with Elaine Grandon

Participants will learn the basics of needle felting while creating an 8-inch diameter landscape of a Prairie sunset. The finished piece will be mounted in an embroidery hoop. All materials will be provided, participants bring a pair of sharp scissors, please. All wools are sourced from Alberta mills and local suppliers.

Info about me:

I have been needle felting for 3 years and I felt something pretty much every day.  I enjoy making felted landscapes based on my own nature photography and whimsical three-dimensional colourful creations. My work can currently be found at Painted Door on Main in Beaumont and Jasper Artisan Market and Refillery in Jasper.
