Highland Cow with Interchangeable Hats Hanging Round

This project is so cute!  Hanging Highland Cow 11″ round with interchangeable hats!  These 15 hats are different styles than the ones you find in the Standing Highland Cow – but they all fit each of the cows (or dog, cat, frog, owl)  They can share their accessories 🙂
